Training Schedule for MBUA Sponsored NFHS Training

MBUA Training Classes for new and returning umpires:

Classes will begin Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 7:00 PM (unless noted otherwise) and will be held every Tuesday evening through February 23 at St. John the Baptist's, Lyon Center (behind the church), 12319 New Hampshire Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20904.
New officials are welcome and must attend the classes in order to be assigned to public high school baseball in Maryland.
Training is provided in National Federation High School baseball rules, field mechanics as well as a weekend practical field clinic.
Veteran officials are always welcome to attend these sessions.

Unless otherwise noted, all classes will be held at St. John the Baptist, Lyon Center (behind the church).
Please arrive early so class can start on time.
Classes generally last 2 to 2.5 hours.
If Montgomery County Public Schools are closed on class days, there will be no training class that evening.
